The list01
What ingredients are in Jellutide?
Jellutide has two active parts: apple cider vinegar and BHB salts, in a 525 mg blend. Nine other ingredients make the gummy itself.
BHB means beta-hydroxybutyrate, a ketone body, bound to three minerals.

Lines 1-11 are printed on the bottle label: the 525 mg blend, listed from most to least by weight (21 CFR 101.36), and the gummy base. Lines 12-34 appear only on the sales page (Jellutide sales page); none of them is on the label we have.
Per gummy03
How much of each Jellutide ingredient does one gummy hold?
About 498 mg or more of vinegar and at most about 27 mg of BHB salts. The label hides single amounts (21 CFR 101.36); its mineral lines let us estimate them.
Both sit far below research doses. The math is on the supplement facts page.
| Label line | Where | Per gummy | Amount used in research | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Apple Cider Vinegar | Blend, 1st | About 498-525 mg per gummy (estimate from the label order and the mineral lines) | 15-30 mL of vinegar a day (about 750-1,500 mg acetic acid) in a 12-week trial (Kondo 2009, vinegar trial) (Castagna 2025, ACV meta-analysis) (Launholt 2020, Eur J Nutr) | Small, short trials; modest weight change at best |
| BHB Calcium/Magnesium/Sodium (B-hydroxybutyrate salts) | Blend, 2nd | At most about 27 mg per gummy (about 23 mg of BHB), from the calcium, magnesium and sodium lines | Grams per dose in human studies (see the BHB page) (Stubbs 2017, Front Physiol) (Falkenhain 2022, Adv Nutr) | Raises blood ketones briefly at gram doses; no weight-loss proof |
| Total Sugars 2 g, Includes 1 g Added Sugars | Panel line | 2 g per gummy, 1 g of it added (2% DV) | Added sugar Daily Value: 50 g (FDA, Added Sugars label) (Dietary Guidelines 2025-2030) | Not an active ingredient |
| Sodium 2.5 mg, Calcium 1 mg, Magnesium 0.75 mg | Panel line | 2.5 mg, 1 mg and 0.75 mg (0% DV each) | Not studied at these amounts (Stubbs 2017, Front Physiol) | Too small to matter for most people |

Why does the Jellutide sales page list chromium and 22 herbs?
It does not say. The sales page lists chromium picolinate and a 22-part blend, from guarana to GABA, and calls the product both a gummy and a "liquid dropper" (Jellutide sales page).
The bottle lists none of those names. We follow the label. Check the panel on the bottle that arrives, and see the sales-page formula.

Caffeine06
Does Jellutide contain caffeine?
Not on the label. Guarana and green tea, both caffeine sources, appear only on the sales page (MSKCC About Herbs, Guarana) (NCCIH, Green Tea).
The "Natural Ingredients" badge sits beside corn syrup and citric acid. No certifier is named.
Before you start07
Are Jellutide ingredients safe to take?
For most adults, small amounts like these are unlikely to cause trouble, but no product safety study exists. Vinegar is acidic, and large amounts may lower potassium (Mayo Clinic, ACV for weight loss).
Keep taking any prescribed medicine, including any GLP-1 medicine. Read Jellutide side effects.
FAQ08
Jellutide ingredients questions
Is Jellutide keto?
Jellutide is sold as keto-style support because it contains BHB salts, but one gummy holds at most about 27 mg of them. Studies used about 12-24 g (Stubbs 2017, Front Physiol). Each gummy also has 2 g of carbohydrate, so count it if you track carbs closely.
Does Jellutide contain gelatin?
No gelatin appears on the label. The gummy sets with apple pectin, a fruit fiber, and tapioca starch. The label makes no vegan claim and does not name the source of its natural flavors, so ask the order desk if that matters to you.
What is the Jellutide formula?
The label formula is a 525 mg blend of apple cider vinegar and BHB salts in a sugar gummy base. A different formula on the sales page, chromium plus 22 herbs and amino acids, is not on the bottle. Trust the panel on the bottle you receive.
Does Jellutide have chromium?
Not on the bottle label. Chromium picolinate appears only on the sales page (Jellutide sales page). Chromium can add to insulin's glucose-lowering effect (NIH ODS, Chromium), so ask a doctor if a bottle that lists it arrives.
Is Jellutide gluten free?
The label makes no gluten-free claim and prints no allergen line. None of the listed ingredients is wheat, barley or rye. If you must avoid gluten strictly, ask the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 before you order.
What color is a Jellutide gummy?
The gummies are red. Beet root powder, the last item on the label, supplies the color. The flavor is listed as 'Delicious Berry Flavor', from natural flavors whose source is not named. The bottle is clear, so you can see the gummies.
