Keto ACV Gummies Explained: Two Ingredients, Small Doses

Quick answer

Keto ACV gummies pair apple cider vinegar with BHB ketone salts. In Jellutide, the 525 mg blend is about 498 mg or more vinegar and at most about 27 mg salts. Vinegar trials used 15 to 30 mL a day and ketone studies used about 12 to 24 g a dose, so each part is far below what was studied.

Definition01

What are keto ACV gummies?

Keto ACV gummies are chewable supplements that pair apple cider vinegar with BHB ketone salts. The "keto" part is the BHB.

The Jellutide label lists exactly those two in a 525 mg proprietary blend: "Apple Cider Vinegar" first, then "BHB Calcium/Magnesium/Sodium (B-hydroxybutyrate salts)". The rest of each 2.5 g gummy is a sugar base.

The label gives no single amounts, which the rule allows (21 CFR 101.36). The mineral lines let us work them out.

The doses02

How much of each ingredient is in a keto ACV gummy?

In one Jellutide gummy, about 498 mg or more is vinegar and at most about 27 mg is BHB salts. The salts come from the calcium, magnesium and sodium lines, and the vinegar is what is left of the 525 mg.

Research amounts are much larger. A 12-week trial used 15 or 30 mL of vinegar a day, with 750 or 1,500 mg of acetic acid (Kondo 2009, vinegar trial). Ketone studies used about 12 to 24 g of BHB per dose (Stubbs 2017, Front Physiol).

Evidence03

Do keto ACV gummies work?

No trial has tested Jellutide, so nobody can say. The ingredient research is mixed and uses far larger doses.

A meta-analysis of 10 vinegar trials found small effects on body weight and BMI, with 5 of 10 trials at high risk of bias (Castagna 2025, ACV meta-analysis). Mayo Clinic's view is that apple cider vinegar is not likely to cause weight loss (Mayo Clinic, ACV for weight loss). For ketones, the long-term effects, including on body weight, are not established (Falkenhain 2022, Adv Nutr).

What do keto ACV gummy ads promise?

Often more than the research shows. The Jellutide sales page says "24/7 automatic fat-burning" and "Melt away stubborn fat" (Jellutide sales page).

The FTC says a product cannot cause substantial weight loss no matter what you eat (FTC, Gut Check). Neither ingredient has shown the sales page's claims.

Care05

What should you check before taking keto ACV gummies?

Your medicines and your sugar count. Vinegar is acidic, and in large amounts it may lower potassium, especially with diuretics or insulin (Mayo Clinic, ACV for weight loss).

Each gummy has 2 g of sugars. Keep taking prescribed medicine, including any GLP-1 medicine, as directed. Read the apple cider vinegar profile for more.

FAQ06

Jellutide questions people ask

Is there more vinegar or more BHB in keto ACV gummies?

In Jellutide, more vinegar. The blend lists vinegar first, which means it weighs more, and the mineral lines cap the BHB salts at about 27 mg of the 525 mg (21 CFR 101.36).

Do keto ACV gummies have the same acid as liquid vinegar?

We cannot say. The label does not state the vinegar form or its acetic acid content, and ACV tablets in one study varied widely in acid (Hill 2005, ACV tablets). The trials used liquid vinegar in drinks (Kondo 2009, vinegar trial).

Can keto ACV gummies hurt your teeth?

Vinegar is acidic and can wear down tooth enamel (Mayo Clinic, ACV for weight loss). We have no data on gummy form and teeth, and each Jellutide gummy also has 2 g of sugars. Ask your dentist about your own teeth.
