Jellutide Dosage: One Gummy, Explained
Jellutide dosage is one gummy a day. The label says to take it about 30 minutes before your morning or afternoon meal with a full glass of water, or as your healthcare professional directs. One gummy is the whole serving, and a bottle of 30 lasts 30 days.

What is the right Jellutide dosage?
The right Jellutide dosage is the label's: one gummy a day, for adults.
The label reads: "Adults, take one (1) gummy daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional." It adds that you should take it about 30 minutes before your morning or afternoon meal, with a full glass of water.
One gummy weighs 2.5 g. That is one serving, and a bottle holds 30 of them.
What does one gummy actually hold?
One gummy holds a 525 mg blend, 8 calories and 2 g of sugars, 1 g of it added.
The blend lists apple cider vinegar first and BHB salts second, and the label hides the single amounts, as the rules allow (21 CFR 101.36). The mineral lines cap the BHB salts at about 27 mg, so the vinegar is about 498 mg or more. These are estimates, since label values are rounded.
Studies used far more. One 12-week trial gave 15 or 30 mL of vinegar a day (Kondo 2009, vinegar trial).
| Source | Daily amount |
|---|---|
| One Jellutide gummy | About 498 mg or more of vinegar (estimate) |
| 12-week vinegar trial | 15 or 30 mL of vinegar |
Can you take more than one Jellutide gummy?
The label gives no direction to take more than one, so stay with one.
A second gummy would not reach the studied vinegar amounts. It would add sugar, acid and mineral load instead. Ketone salts at gram doses upset the stomach in one small study (Fischer 2018, BHB salt study), and more vinegar raises the acid on teeth and throat (Mayo Clinic, ACV for weight loss).
Take the next gummy at the next usual time. Do not double up. The label offers no catch-up rule.

See packsWhen should you take the gummy?
Take it about 30 minutes before your morning or afternoon meal. That is the label's timing.
A small study found vinegar eaten with a starchy meal raised fullness for that meal (Ostman 2005, vinegar and satiety). That used about 1.1 to 1.7 g of acetic acid at the meal, and one gummy almost surely holds much less.
The timing has not been tested for the gummy, so treat it as the label's instruction, not a promise.

Who should check the dosage with a professional?
Anyone on medicine, under a physician's care, pregnant or nursing should ask first. The label says so.
Large amounts of vinegar may lower potassium, especially with diuretics or insulin (Mayo Clinic, ACV for weight loss). A gummy has little vinegar, but the rule still applies.
If you count carbs, add the 2 g of sugars. Keep taking prescribed medicine, including any GLP-1 medicine, exactly as directed. You can read the full list on Jellutide side effects.
FAQ01
Dosage questions
What happens if I take two Jellutide gummies at once?
The label gives no direction for two, and we cannot say what would happen. You would get double the sugar and vinegar blend, and stomach upset is possible. Stay with one gummy a day, and call a pharmacist if you took extra by mistake.
Should I take Jellutide with food or before it?
Before. The label says to take it about 30 minutes before your morning or afternoon meal, with a full glass of water. It does not give an evening time.
Is one bottle really enough for a month?
Yes, at the label dose. One bottle holds 30 gummies, one a day, so it lasts 30 days. Larger packs of 3 or 6 bottles last 90 or 180 days.
