A review of 43 trials found a single dose of ketones lowered blood glucose by 0.54 mmol/L versus before the dose. The authors found limited evidence on prolonged use, so long-term effects, including on body weight, are not established (Falkenhain 2022, Adv Nutr).

What is in a Jellutide keto-style gummy?
Two named parts: apple cider vinegar and BHB salts, in a 525 mg blend. The salts are second, so they weigh less than the vinegar.
