Not in a way anyone has proved. A gummy can only do what its ingredients do, and the evidence for weight-loss ingredients is thin.

The NIH fact sheet quotes the GAO: little is known about whether weight loss supplements are effective. Its best results are about 0.95 kg more loss than placebo for green tea and 1.1 kg for chromium (NIH ODS, Weight Loss).
